Sign in first, then add Orange. Use your family email on each new device.

  1. Open Orange in your browser and sign in.iPhone / iPad: use Safari. Android: use Chrome. Use your welcome invitation or email sign-in link.
  2. Add Orange from this page.iPhone / iPad: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen and Add. Keep Open as Web App turned on if shown. Android: open the Chrome menu, choose Add to Home Screen or Install app, then confirm.
  3. Open the new Orange icon now.Open it within 15 minutes to finish the private setup. Families open their clubhouse; coaches open Today. If this device asks you to sign in, use your family email.
Already added Orange but it asks you to sign in?

Open the Orange icon, request a sign-in email there, then return to Orange and enter the eight-digit code from that email. This signs in the app itself and remembers your access.

No App Store download is needed. Internet is required for private plans, games and videos. Sign out on a shared device.
